Founded in 1991, BRASS began as a three-person multifamily operator in San Antonio. Over the past 35 years, we’ve grown into a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm with operations in Texas and Colorado. Our portfolio has spanned over one million square feet of office space and now includes active projects in affordable housing, land development, and single-family rental communities.
